Booking Policy (Summary) At Fox & Doe, each appointment is thoughtfully prepared and time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the essentials before booking: Booking & Deposits To secure your slot, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking via our Wix system or Square POS. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is payable in-studio by card or contactless payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less notice will forfeit the booking fee. No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings. If you're unwell, please get in touch—we’ll do our best to reschedule. Arrival & Late Policy Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment or result in cancellation, with fees retained. Age Restrictions Treatments are not usually offered to clients under 18. If you are underage, contact us before booking to discuss consent and suitability. Patch Testing & Medical Info A patch test is required at least 48 hours before lash, lift, or brow services—this also applies if it’s been over 6 months since your last visit or if you’ve had recent health, medication, or skincare changes. You’ll complete a digital consent form and medical intake during booking. Please ensure your details are accurate and let us know if anything changes. Allergies & Accessibility Our studio is private, hygienic, and home-based, but not wheelchair accessible (it’s in a loft space). We share our home with two very calm dogs. If you have allergies or mobility needs, let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to help or refer you to our concierge service. Data Protection We store personal information securely and process it in line with UK GDPR to provide treatments and meet insurance requirements. Health intake forms are retained for 7 years, or in the case of minors, 7 years from the date they reach age 18.
