Booking Policy

​

At Fox & Doe, appointments are thoughtfully tailored and time is reserved exclusively for you. Please take a moment to review our policy before booking.

Booking & Deposits

​

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This will be deducted from your total treatment cost. Payments can be made securely through our Wix booking system or SumUp POS.

​

Please note:

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance is payable in-studio by card or contactless.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another guest.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

  • No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

We understand that life happens. If you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling.

Arrival & Late Policy

​

Please arrive on time. A late arrival may shorten your treatment time or result in your appointment being cancelled, with the booking fee retained.

Age Restrictions

​

We do not normally perform treatments on individuals under 18. If you are underage and seeking a treatment, please contact us directly prior to booking to discuss suitability and obtain required parental consent.

Patch Testing & Medical Disclosures

​

A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to any lash, lift, or brow treatment. This includes new clients and returning clients whose last visit was more than 6 months ago or who have experienced any recent changes in health, medication, or skincare.

During booking, you will be asked to complete a digital intake form, which includes a medical questionnaire and consent for treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date. If your medical circumstances change, you must inform us prior to your appointment.

Allergies & Accessibility

​

Fox & Doe operates from a home-based studio. While the studio is kept separate, hygienic, and impeccably clean, we do share our home with two dogs. If you have pet allergies or accessibility needs (the studio is located in a loft), please inform us in advance so we can accommodate or refer you to our concierge service where possible.

Data Protection & GDPR

​

All personal information collected during booking and consultation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

​

  • Data is collected solely for the purpose of providing safe and professional treatments, managing appointments, and meeting insurance obligations.

  • Health intake forms are stored securely and retained for 7 years or in the case of minors, 7 years from the date they reach age 18 as required by our insurer.

  • You may request to access or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@foxanddoe.co.uk.
