Following these steps will help your lashes look their best and last longer.

The First 24 Hours

Avoid water, steam, or humidity (saunas, hot showers, swimming).

Do not apply mascara, eyeliner, or oil-based products near your lashes.

Refrain from touching, rubbing, or sleeping face-down.

Daily Rituals

Gently cleanse your lashes every evening with a lash-safe cleanser and soft brush.

Pat dry with a clean towel - avoid cotton pads or anything fibrous.

Brush through your lashes each morning with your Fox & Doe spoolie.

Keep lashes free of oils, creams, or heavy serums near the eye area.

Styling & Care

Avoid mascara or strip lashes — your bespoke extensions provide all the definition you need.

If using makeup, choose water-based or lash extension–safe products.

Do not perm, curl, or tint your extensions.

Maintenance

To keep your look full and seamless, return for a lash revival every 2–3 weeks.

Overdue infills may require a full new set.

Never attempt to remove lashes yourself — always book a professional removal.
